Hi,

I recieved my order on Friday 6 April. I was diappointed
when I opened the orde to see that two of the items were
different to the description on your site:
– The blue cotton baby grow was actually a blue and white
striped baby grow, and
– the white cotton baby grow was white terry cloth and much
smaller than the others, so much so that it does not even
fit my son.

I hope that you can give me some feedback on the situation
and that this is a one off occurance.

Thank you for the order of which I have received today.
I have realised I have made a mistake. I accidently ordered the X.Large universal cat net.(CL5/3) : 1 : 7.50, when I should have ordered a Universal Insect Net for Pram and Pushchair. From the photo I thought it was an
insect net. I obviously didn’t read it properly. Does an insect net exist for the pram/pushchair? If so can I exchange the cat net for an insect net?

I had problems with the checkout.
I wanted a personalised nameplate and clock.
I added the nameplate to the shopping cart.
When I went back to continue shopping for the clock and went to checkout i 
ended up with 4 nameplates! In the end I had to do one order, then go off 
the website and do the second order!
Subsequently I have had to pay for 2 lots of UK shipping.
Is it possible please to ship both products to me and be refunded the extra 
delivery charge?
Just to add I was going to buy a personalised name peg for the door but 
didn’t want to be billed for a third delivery! If however i can order this 
along with the existing 2 products with just the one delivery charge I will 
proceed with this third item.

problems with the cart…….What must have happened was when you clicked 
the switch it registered more times than needed….When in the cart view if 
you want to remove an item, put the quantity box to blank or 0 and then 
recalculate switch then it removes the item (s)

We have worked out for all three items you require, Clock, Nameplate, and 
Coatpeg all with CAMERON on including shipping and packing is £—-
The payment total received up to now is £—- so if you still require the 
Coatpeg we will need a top up of £—-
We will send you a pay-pal request for this payment and adjust your order if 
you still want to go ahead.
We do not see your payment details ….so cannot just add on to your card.
If you don`t want the Coatpeg adding to order just e-mail us and we will 
refund the overcharge on the shipping on the two items.

just wanted to say how delighted I was to receive my nursery rhyme design mural.I asked for the next day delivery service and had it by 11.00 am the next day . 

I started putting it up in my playroom straight away, I’m no D I Y expert but found it going up in no time at all then I got to the bottom row and the paper didn’t seem to match the same size as the previous 6 pieces, so I called the help line and was told someone would call me back, within minutes a man rang me back and explained that after the paste was on the paper it would stretch to the exact width I needed, I honestly thought he was having me on but he was right soon as I started smoothing out the paper it grew, I was pleasantly surprised, so if anyone else buys one of the fantastic murals believe me they do all match up after the paste is added and looks fabulous on the wall. I run a childminding business and everyone who’s come in has remarked on how great it looks. Thank you again for great service I will definitely be ordering from you again ,
